The Pizza Hut Book-IT initiative combines the joy of reading with the deliciousness of pizza. Aimed at children from pre-K to 6th grade, The BOOK IT! Summer of Stories™ motivates kids to read with the reward of PIZZA!
Pizza Hut Book-IT Summer of Stories™
The new summer program is a parent-led program. Parents can set the reading goal for their kids and monitor reading minutes.
When students meet their goals, they are rewarded with a Reading Award Certificate, good for a one topping Personal Pan Pizza® from Pizza Hut®.
How the program works:
Use the BOOK IT!® Mobile App to set goals, track progress, and redeem rewards.
During the summer months of June, July, and August, any child that meets their parent-set reading goals can earn a free Pizza Hut® single topping Personal Pan Pizza®* from participating locations.
1. Download the BOOK IT! app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
2. Complete the quick enrollment form starting May 1
3. Create a profile for each child and set their monthly reading goal
4. Start tracking reading progress beginning June 1
5. Meet the monthly goal = Claim a FREE* Personal Pan Pizza®!
Encourage kids to read books, magazines, eBooks and anything fun. Enter your child’s reading progress in the digital dashboard for June, July and August. You can even print out monthly calendars from the website to allow kids to track on paper.
