Haunted Woods and Haunted Houses around Columbus
13th Floor Haunted House, 2605 Northland Plaza Dr, Columbus: 7:30 p.m. to midnight Fridays and Saturdays September 21 through October 31; additional days and times added during the week in October. Tickets range from $19.99-$33.99 during the season based on day and time.
The Haunted Maze at Hoover Gardens & Gift Center, 182 N Sunbury Rd, Westerville: Open during regular business hours from September 15 through October. Back again for thrills and scares, this twisting, winding maze will bring you face to face with your biggest nightmare! Parents consider escorting younger or sensitive children. The maze is free during regular Hoover Gardens business hours and is open everyday through Halloween.
Haunted Hoochie at Dead Acres, 13861 E. Broad St., Pataskala – open at 8:30.p.m. Thursdays through Saturdays, September 20 through October 27; $25, or $45 for VIP tickets; not recommended for young children (740-927-3568) 17 miles from downtown Columbus.
Pataskala Haunted Forest, 8838 Refugee Rd. S.W., Pataskala – 7 p.m. to midnight Fridays and Saturdays in October; $15 admission and free parking; (740-975-7812).
