You may feel like hibernating in the cold weather, but winter is the perfect time save some money with the Columbus Zoo Winter Admission Discount.
Columbus Zoo and Aquarium is offering 50% off admission discount from January 6 through April 6, 2020 to show their appreciation for the great support they received in the last year. They are also offering free admission on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day (Jan 20, 2020) and President’s Day (Feb 17, 2020).
Columbus Zoo Winter Admission Prices
Columbus Zoo admission rates from January 6 – April 6 with the discount for Franklin County residents are $8.50 for general admission, $5.99 for children ages 3-9 and $5.99 for senior citizens 60 years and over. Residents from other counties is $2.50 more. There is also an $10 per car parking charge for non-members. Children under three years of age and Columbus Zoo members are always free during regular operating hours.
The Zoo will be open every day from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. through February, and 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. through March.
The winter months are an excellent time to visit the Zoo to see the animals who thrive in the colder weather. There are also plenty of indoor habitats to check out while you get a break from the cold.
Additional discounts include:
Tuesdays: Seniors (ages 60+) receive half price admission to the Zoo
Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays: Franklin County residents receive half price admission to the Zoo. Valid ID must be presented at time of purchase.
Military Discount: Active and Non-active duty military personnel receive a $2 discount on up to 6 tickets when they show a valid military ID.
