Free Summer Kids Movies at Strand Theatre

The Strand Theatre in Delaware is offering Free Summer Kids Movies on Tuesdays at 10:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., from June 3 – July 29, 2025.

The theatre will be collecting needed items or money for a different charity each week if you’d wish to make a contribution. See the schedule below to see which charity is being supported each week.

Free Summer Kids Movies at Strand Theatre Schedule

June 4th – The Wizard of Oz
Charity – Stratford Ecological Center (grocery gift cards, bug spray, colorful band-aids, socks, hand sanitzer, poison ivy soap, mineral sunscreen)

June 10th – Kung Fu Panda 4
Charity – Turning Point (juice boxes, wrapped snacks, and fidget items)

June 17th – IF
Charity – Common Ground Free Store (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, mens 3-1 wash)

June 24th – The Wild Robot
Charity – Unity Community Center (packaged snacks, bottled water, paper towels)

July 8th – Despicable Me 4
Charity – Delaware County Noon Kiwanis (school supplies)

July 15th – Sonic 3
Charity – People in Need (Non-perishable food, kid-friendly snacks)

July 22nd – Garfield The Movie
Charity – Big Brothers/Big Sisters Delaware County (Gas and grocery gift cards)

July 29th – Beethoven
Charity – Andrew’s House (Toiletry and personal care items, individually wrapped snack items, and paper products)
