The City of Dublin has so much fun planned for the 2022 holiday season. It kicks off with the Annual Tree Lighting on Thursday, December 1, 2022 and continues through December!
Plus, downtown Dublin and Bridge Park are SO PRETTY during the holidays!
2022 Dublin Christmas Tree Lighting
New for 2022, the Dublin Christmas Tree Lighting is in Riverside Crossing Park, located at 6635 Riverside Dr.
The City of Dublin invites all to enjoy seasonal activities and entertainment, including letters to Santa, crafts, holiday stilt walkers, ice sculpting, trackless train, and character appearance. There will also be food available for purchase.

Saturday, December 17, 3 – 5 p.m.: Visit Santa and Mrs. Claus.
12 Elves of Dublin Scavenger Hunt
December 1 – December 24, 2022. Pick up your 12 elves card at one of the participating downtown locations, and then search through the shops of Historic Dublin to find the 12 Elves of Dublin.
When your kiddo finds the elf at each stop, have the entry card signed. Collect them all and return your completed card by December 23 to one of the retailers to be entered in the Grand Prize drawing.
12 Days of Bridge Park
Thursdays-Sundays in December 1-17, 2022
Bridge Park is in the holiday spirit for its return of “12 Days of Bridge Park”. Every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, visitors can have “not so silent nights” with new and exciting holiday-inspired events each day. Find full schedule here!
Fill A Cruiser Holiday Toy Drive at Dublin Police Dept
December 3, 2022 from 10 am – 1 pm
The Dublin Police Department hosts the 4th annual “Fill A Cruiser” event to collect donated toys for local kids. This is in partnership with the Get Behind The Badge initiative aimed at supporting families of first responders in need.
Drop off unwrapped gifts at the Dublin Justice Center. There will be a drive-thru area outside the Justice Center so people can make their donations from their vehicle.
To help represent all age groups, please consider donating presents for children in two age categories: newborn to 10 years old, and 11 to 17 years old. Gift cards are also accepted and can make an enjoyable gift for young adults.
Kids Holiday Gift Shop at Pop-Up Dublin
December 7, 8, 9 & 10, 2022
The Kids Holiday Gift Shop at Pop-Up Dublin let kids choose the perfect gifts for their loved ones. Parents can drop kids off with cash or a credit card. Trained volunteers will walk the kids through the pop-up shop and help them buy and wrap gifts.
Vendors are selling price-appropriate items. Registration is not required but encouraged.
Ugly Sweater Crawl in Dublin
December 10, 2022 from 6-9 p.m.
Get ugly, but festive for the Ugly Sweater Crawl n Bridge Park. Throw on a festive sweater, enjoy Santa-approved drink specials, and visit your favorite local bars and restaurants in Bridge Park and Historic Dublin.
Ice Skating Rink at Riverside Crossing
Dublin Ice Rink at Riverside Crossing, 6635 Riverside Dr.
Open Friday-Sunday, December- mid-March. Cooling system allows rink to be used in temperatures up to 60 degrees.
Admission is $10 and includes skate rental. Guests can bring their own ice skates, but admission is still $10. Always check the City of Dublin website to ensure the rink is open or to verify hours.

“Old Fashioned Christmas” at the Coffman Homestead
TBA for 2022 Join the Dublin Historical Society for an “Old Fashioned Christmas” at the Coffman Homestead on TBA. The twinkle of candles and sounds of the season will put you in the holiday spirit. Festive decorations created by the Muirfield Village Garden Club reflect the classic holiday theme “White Christmas.”
Take a free tour of the home’s parlor, dining room, and farm kitchen livened up for the holidays by the award-winning Garden Club. The Coffman barn will also be open for free tours and will feature the “one-horse sleigh” decorate with gift boxes and holiday trapping for family photo opportunities.
Historical Society volunteers will be on-hand to share the history of the farmstead, answer questions, and assist with photos at the sleigh. All activities are free, yet donations are encouraged and welcome!
