Located in Mansfield, Ohio, Snow Trails is just a quick trip up Route 71 from Columbus – close enough to drive up in the evening or for a one day trip!

Season Ticket Advanced Bookings & What to Expect
For the 2024/25 season Advanced Bookings are required online for daily Lift Tickets, except for season pass holders. Walk-Ups are unavailable.

Lift tickets range from $60-$70. Save $10 on lift tickets after 4 pm! Rental equipment can be added to your package. Purchase online or at the ticket window.

Vertical Descent Tubing Park
Not so solid on your feet? Go tubing at their Vertical Descent Tubing Park! Tubing is $38. Snow Tubing is offered every Thursday-Sunday & Peak Days.
Ticket must be reserved in advance. Make reservations and see details about hours, glow tubing, and special events at this link.
The tubing park typically has a later opening day date than the slopes.

Polar Bear Children’s Programs
Snow Trails comprehensive Children’s Ski and Snowboard Program is available Fridays, Weekends and Peak Days this season. It’s a great way to introduce kids to the sport of skiing and snowboarding between the age of 4 and 9 years old.
The program combines the fun of discovery, the challenge of trying new things and the excitement of mastering new skills, all in a safe environment. Children are led by skilled and fun-loving instructors in outdoor activities, with short warm-up and snack breaks indoors this season.
Reservations are required online by 6 p.m. the day before. Walk-ins are not accepted. The program includes a lift ticket, ski or snowboard equipment rental, snack and instruction.

Annual Will Tube for Food – January 7, 2026
“Will Tube For Food” benefits Catalyst Life Services, here in Vertical Descent Tubing Park at Snow Trails! This event will be under the Glow Tubing Led Lights!
2hr Tubing Tickets $33 (Reg. $38). You Save $5 and Snow Trails will donate $5 to CATALYST LIFE SERVICES from each ticket.
Please bring your non-perishable item to donate night of. When making your Required Reservation Online, please select a 2hr Tubing Ticket for Wednesday, January 8th between 5PM and 9PM for this special benefit.
MLK Extended Hours: Friday, January 16 – Monday, January 19, 2026
Make it a four day weekend at Snow Trails for MLK Jr Day! The Slopes and Tubing Park will offer extended hours.
Mid-Season Party: January 24, 2026
Snow Bartenders serving favorite adult beverages at the custom Snow Bar, as the Outdoor DJ keeps the vibe lively in our Party Plaza! Burn barrels close-by to warm you up and keep you going longer in this Party atmosphere! In typical Snow Trails fashion, a Fireworks Show will begin at 9:30PM, just after the slopes close at 9:00PM. This annual Party is one you won’t want to miss each Season!
Presidents Day Extended Hours: Friday, February 13- Monday, February 16, 2026
Make it a four day weekend at Snow Trails for President’s Day! The Slopes and Tubing Park will offer extended hours.

About Snow Trails:
Snow Trails, which was the first commercial ski area in Ohio, is a privately-owned resort, under the same management since inception.
The resort features six chairlifts, including a slow-moving Beginner’s Double Chairlift and two ski carpet lifts dedicated to the Beginner’s Area. A third carpet lift is utilized for the Snow Tubing Park with the “Longest Tubing Lanes in Ohio.”
The Resort offers 21 total trails and is known for Timberline trail – “Longest Trail in Ohio.” There are three glade areas, plus five Terrain Parks. A Rope Tow now in The Woods Terrain Park is a new addition this Season
Snow Trails typically opens in early December and the season lasts into March. The resort is located off Interstate 71 south of Mansfield on Possum Run Road.
