Start your mornings with some free fitness in Hilliard! SHED Fitness and SPENGA Fitness will be at Hilliard Station Park on Saturdays to teach fun yoga and fitness classes for the Motivation at the Station series.
Motivation at the Station Schedule
Motivation at the Station runs through October. The classes are open to all fitness levels and are 50 minutes long. Bring a mat, towel, or a blanket, plus water.

- 7 – 7:50 a.m. High intensity fitness classes with SHED Fitness
- 8 – 8:50 a.m. Yoga with SPENGA Fitness
