The OSU Chadwick Arboretum & Learning Gardens is celebrating midwinter with the Winter Solstice Labyrinth Walk.
Start your solstice celebration with a tour of the Chadwick Arboretum Conifer Collection before joining the annual Winter Solstice Labyrinth Walk!
Enjoy an open fire, roasted chestnuts, hot beverages, and the beautifully illuminated labyrinth on Tuesday, December 21, 2021, at the Lane Avenue Gardens.
Event Schedule
4:00 p.m.: Meet under the Trellis Entrance to the Lane Ave. Gardens for a 30-minute guided walk of the Conifer Collection with Joe Stewart, Master Gardener Volunteer and Lead Volunteer of the Lane Ave. Gardens.
5:00 p.m.: Pam Bennett, Chadwick Arboretum Interim Program Director, will give a brief overview of the labyrinth.
5:15: – 7:00: Enjoy the labyrinth, hot cocoa, and roasted chestnuts!
The event is free, but parking in a nearby parking lot is about $2.25/hour, payable with credit card.
