The Annual International Irish Triathlon will be held at the Shamrock Club on Saturday, February 17, 2018, beginning at noon.
The Irish Triathlon will consist of horseshoes, darts, and cornhole in competition for the least amount of total throws. Cornhole and horseshoes will be thrown outdoors – bonus points for wearing shorts or kilts. Winners get cash prizes and you can enter for $5 a round for as many times as your wish to try to reach your goal.
Not interested in throwing? Cook up a pot of your best soup and bring it in to be judged by the Ladies of the Shamrock Club of Columbus for the Annual Soup Cook-off. Categories are Best Soup, Creative Soup, and People’s Choice. Drop off your soup between noon and 12:45 pm, Judging starts at 1 pm. There will be sampling after judging is done. A donation of $5 all you can eat and one vote benefits the Holy Family Soup Kitchen & Outreach.
The pub will be open serving drinks, and all are welcome.
