Wintertime is all about comfort food, but you can get out of the house AND enjoy comfort food this winter.
Head to Hocking Hills for the annual Hocking Hills Comfort Food Cruise on March 7, 8 & 14, 15, 2026, and sample comfort food at 12 restaurants around the Hills.

The cruise features a dozen stops, each offering a generous sample of a signature comfort food dish. AT just $20 for all 12, $5 of every comfort cruise pass benefits local food banks.
Go one weekend, or go both weekends. Tickets are $20 for all 12 samples, with $5 of every ticket purchase benefiting local food pantries.
Each restaurant will be serving a signature savory or sweet comfort food item for which the tickets can be redeemed.
Hocking Hills is close enough to Columbus that this is an easy day trip. Take a whole day to get there early and enjoy breakfast, lunch, AND dinner – there’s plenty to do in between the meals.

Feeling stuffed or guilty about all of the tasty food? Walk it off. Hocking Hills is FULL of amazing trails and hikes that have a different beauty during the winter, such as Old Man’s Cave, Ash Cave, Rock House and Conkle’s Hollow, Cedar Falls and Cantwell Cliffs.

Attendees can pick up their cruise tickets, along with a special logo Comfort Food Cruise souvenir, at the Welcome Center.
