New Albany Earth Day to Arbor Day events
E-Waste, Household Hazardous Waste Drop-Off & Paper Shredding Event
Saturday, April 18 from 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. at Public Service Complex, 7800 Bevelhymer Rd.
Dispose of your e-waste and household hazardous waste at the New Albany Service Center. Click here for household hazardous waste guidelines.
Arbor Day Proclamation & Tree Planting
Arbor Day, April 24 at 9:30 am at Rose Run Park
Celebrate Arbor Day to recognize the importance of trees in our community! This special event will feature an official Arbor Day proclamation, followed by local students planting over 300 trees to help grow our urban canopy.
National Prescription Drug Take Back Day
Saturday, April 25, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Plain Township Fire Department.
Safely dispose of unused medications and help protect our waterways and environment. Can’t make the event? Drop off medications year-round at the NAPD lobby.
