IKEA Columbus holds a variety of activities and workshops through the year. Registration may be required for some, and most require you join the IKEA FAMILY member program – it’s free!

Monthly: IKEA Family Free Kids Craft Nights

The second Wednesday of each month is IKEA Family Craft Night at IKEA Columbus from 5:30PM to 7:00PM. Everything will be provided for kids ages 12 and under (and parents). Join them in the Swedish Restaurant. Register to attend at IKEA.us/Columbus.*

Swedish Christmas Julbord Buffet 

Friday, December 12, 2025 from 4:30-7:30 PM

IKEA Columbus hosts the traditional Swedish Christmas Julbord Buffet. The Julbord will feature Swedish traditional favorites, crowd pleasers, and even some kids’ activities.

Tickets can be purchased in the IKEA Columbus Swedish Restaurant and are $19.99 adults / $9.99 kids* with your IKEA Family card or $24.99 adult / $12.99 kids* regular price. *Children under 12 for the kid’s price.

Kids’ New Years Eve Noon Countdown

Celebrate New Years Eve with us at a time your kids can enjoy, at noon!
Kids can toast with their own non-alcoholic drinks, eat some snacks, and countdown to noon to celebrate the new year! We’ll have crafts and party favors to celebrate, as well as some coupons for our Swedish Food Market if you want to keep the party going at home.
