The Pops concerts are a perfect way to introduce someone new to the orchestra to Columbus Symphony.

September 23: Raiders of the Lost Ark. Relive the magic on the silver screen with the original great adventure… Raiders of the Lost Ark… with John Williams’ epic score performed live to picture by the Columbus Symphony!

October 28: Ghostbusters. It’s the 1984 smash hit movie, Ghostbusters with the Columbus Symphony playing the score live to film! Bring your proton packs and join us for a night of family fun with special guests, surprises, and tons of photo ops!

December 2-4: Holiday Pops Spectacular with Tony DeSare. The Columbus Symphony continues its grand holiday tradition with a spectacular holiday show perfect for the entire family! Tony DeSare joins the Symphony for a jazzy take on some holiday classics making this the must-see show to start your holiday off right.

December 8: Andrea Bocelli Live in Concert at Nationwide Arena. Featuring performances from Bocelli’s uplifting album Believe, a poignant and personal collection of songs, celebrating the power of music to soothe the soul, as well as a selection of arias, his beloved crossover hits, famed love songs, and music in honor of the Holiday Season.

January 14: RESPECT: A Tribute to Aretha Franklin. Celebrates the singer, the leader, the woman, the legend at Ohio Theatre

May 13: Star Wars: Return of the Jedi. The Columbus Symphony returns with the next installment of Star Wars – Return of the Jedi playing John Williams’ score live to film.
