Columbus Blue Jackets Draft Party and Open House at Nationwide Arena

Blue Jackets fans don’t want to miss this party! Catch the first round of the 2021 National Hockey League Draft at the Columbus Blue Jackets official NHL Draft Party and Open House, presented by Pepsi Zero, at Nationwide Arena on Friday, July 23, 2021!

The party is open to the public and free for all ages. The first 4,000 fans will take home a commemorative 2021 Draft Party credential and lanyard. The event starts at 6 pm, with live draft coverage at 8 pm. The Columbus Blue Jackets are set to select fifth, 24th, and 31st in the first round of the 2021 NHL Draft.

What to expect at the Columbus Blue Jackets Draft Party and Open House

Each year, CBJ fans join together to celebrate this exciting night in hockey and get pumped up about the upcoming season.

Attendees will experience a unique view of the team’s hockey operations draft room and in-person opportunity to watch team personnel make the club’s first-round selections from a stage on the floor of Nationwide Arena. Hockey YouTuber, BAUER Athlete, and NHL Sports Commentator Nasher will be at Nationwide Arena to co-host our pre-Draft stream at the NHL Draft Party.

The night includes special celebrity appearances, interactive games and contests on the concourse, as well as photo station opportunities.

Some of your favorite current and former players will be on hand to sign autographs. Blue Jackets players Cam Atkinson, Oliver Bjorkstrand and Jack Roslovic, along with former Jackets Jared Boll, Derek Dorsett and Mark Letestu will be signing during autograph sessions.

The Columbus Blue Jackets Foundation will host a raffle with several prizes and will have merchandise available for sale at their kiosk on the concourse and online.
