The City of Powell offers a safe trick-or-treating event with Candy by the Carload at Municipal Building Parking Lot, located at 47 Hall Street on Saturday, October 24, 2020 from 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. As always, check for cancellations as we get closer to the event.
Dress up your little goblins and princesses and bring them to this trick-or-treater’s treasure chest as local businesses and organizations will set up booths and car trunks filled with candy, toys and other Halloween goodies.

Public parking spaces for Candy by the Carload are available in downtown Powell or in the south grassy lot of Village Green Park.
