Urban Living Tour
Go on this self-guided open house tour of apartments, condos, and homes in the Columbus area on Sunday, May 7, 2023. You’ll see an assortment of new builds, remodels, apartment communities, parks, and all the amenities that go with city living!
The Urban Living Tour is a self-guided tour featuring living options in Columbus and surrounding neighborhoods. This year’s tour is Sunday, May 7, 2023 from 9 am – 5 pm.
Residential stops on the Tour include: The Julian, New City Homes, 150 N Third, The Aubrey, The Jacqueline, Residences at Topiary Park, Gravity, Founders, Brewers Yard, ONE at the Peninsula, Vera on Broad, View on Grant and River & Rich.
Tickets and Kickoff Party
Check-in and “day of” tickets are only on sale at The Julian, 272 S. Front St, Columbus, Ohio, 43215 between 9am and 3pm on Sunday, May 7. Tickets to the tour are $10 in advance and day of (cash or credit). You can also purchase online.
The kickoff party at The Julian features local artists, musicians, coffee and more.
- Swag bags for the first 150 guests including a custom candle from local, artisan candle company, Vellabox!
- Live music by hip-hop and jazz violinist, Stephen Spottswood with smooth sounds of hip-hop and jazz from 9 AM – 12 PM.
- Original art pieces by local creators will be displayed along the tour path throughout The Julian and available for purchase all day long.
- Enjoy gourmet cotton candy by Cotton Sugar Co. from 9 AM – 12 PM *Flavors include maple, cinnamon roll, champagne, orange
- Live painting by Maureen E. Clark – Watch as Maureen paints a custom piece of artwork from 9 AM – 12 PM!
- Get your coffee fix from Drank Tank’s tankster, Bucky. The first 50 drinks are on The Julian.
Urban Living Tour Stops
Guests can bike, drive, scoot, or take the bus to any of the tour stops. Parking meters are free on Sundays.
