The Savannah Bananas bring Banana Ball to Ohio in 2026 (and how to get tickets!)

The Savannah Bananas are bringing their Banana Ball World Tour back to the Midwest for 2026 — and while Columbus isn’t on the lineup (yet!), fans don’t have to travel far to catch the fun.

The Savannah Bananas are a touring baseball entertainment group known for their twist on traditional baseball. It’s not just a baseball game — expect choreographed dances, outlandish rules, and tons of fan fun.

With dancing players, fast-paced games, and plenty of laughs, take a little road trip to see the “Harlem Globetrotters of Baseball”.

Here are the closest stops for Central Ohio fans looking to join the excitement:

🥎 Cincinnati, Ohio

Dates: June 19–21, 2026
Venue: Great American Ball Park
Drive Time from Columbus: ~1 hour 45 minutes

Your best and closest bet! Cincinnati hosted sold-out Banana Ball games in 2024 and 2025, and the 2026 shows are expected to do the same. Make a day of it with a visit to the Reds Hall of Fame or dinner at The Banks before the game (I’m always down for Condado!)

⚾ Cleveland, Ohio

Dates: September 25–26, 2026
Venue: Progressive Field
Drive Time from Columbus: ~2ish hours

A great weekend getaway in downtown Cleveland. Progressive Field offers a fun atmosphere with tons of nearby dining and entertainment options — perfect for families or baseball fans looking to wrap up summer with something special.

Dates: May 15-16, 2026 (exact dates TBA)
Venue: Victory Field
Drive Time from Columbus: ~3ish hours

Head west for another Midwest stop. Victory Field is a beautiful ballpark with skyline views, right near White River State Park and several museums — ideal for a quick family trip or day of sightseeing.

How to get Savannah Bananas Tickets

You can’t just “buy” Savannah Bananas tickets from the organization, as demand is just too high. Fans can enter a lottery system for your preferred city tour stop (only 1!), and if your entry is chosen, you can purchase tickets. 

The lottery for the 2026 shows is open through October 31, 2025. It is free to enter the lottery for one city. Winners are notified by email for the option to purchase tickets. Ticket prices start around $35.
