Lobster Rolls in August at Charmy’s Market Downtown

Charmy’s Market opened in Spring 2025 at 95 N. Grant Ave, the former location of The Hill’s Market Downtown.

Customers can expect the same locally sourced, fresh products, and some new and exciting offerings. The new owners are the two women behind Charmy’s Persian Taste restaurant, which has been making food in the market’s kitchen since 2019.

Lobster Roll Lovers, August is YOUR Month at Charmy’s Market!

Every Saturday in August, Charmy’s Market is rolling out the freshest, tastiest, and most irresistible lobster rolls in town. They’re the same lobster rolls the market sold before Charmy’s took over – prepared by the same kitchen as before!

The Lobster Roll Combo Meal is $25. It includes one (1) lobster roll, one (1) Der Dutchman hand pie (blueberry or cherry), one (1) small bag of kettle-style potato chips, and one (1) 16 oz lemonade). All items may also be purchased separately. 

Whether you’re a longtime fan or a curious first-timer, this is your chance to savor the taste of summer, New England-style.

How to pre-order:

Lobster roll orders can be ordered for pickup on Saturdays, August 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30.

To make sure an order is ready on the Saturday you want to pick it up, place an ORDER AND PAY ONLINE HERE no later than 11 AM the Thursday BEFORE you want to pick it up.

All orders must be picked up in-store at Charmy’s Market on the Saturday pre-orders are for between 11AM and 3PM. Take your order to-go, or eat at Charmy’s Market on one of the shaded patios or at one of our indoor seating areas. Beer and wine available to purchase on site with a valid ID.
