This special runs Tuesdays through Fridays in August (weekends do not apply), and ends on Friday, August 31. Adult Coach tickets are just $15 for an all day pass. Ticket is valid for one round trip ticket, and passengers seated in coach may de-board the train at various locations and re-board at a later time based on a round trip. The basic excursion leaves from any of the three depots (Rockside, Peninsula Depot and Akron Northside), and is 3 hours round-trip.
The Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad offers excursions year round. The train offers an excellent view of the natural scenery and wildlife of the national park and an opportunity to learn about the history of the railroad in valley.
