Oktoberfest is always a fall favorite for those who love German food and beer. The Brewery District is home to the oldest and original Germania Oktoberfest at Germania Singing and Sports Club Society in Columbus.
While Germania is a membership club, the 67th annual Germania Oktoberfest is open to the public on September 13-15, 2024.
Germania Oktoberfest Columbus
This three day fest will feature traditional German Oktoberfest foods and drink, music from a variety of bands, dancing, stein holding contests, kids activities on Saturday, and tons of fun.

There is music and fun for all ages at the festival!
Friday, September 13, Germania’s Hauskapelle band will play from 5:30-7 p.m. with Bier Fest Boys from 8-11 p.m. Opening Ceremonies are at 6:30pm.
Saturday, September 14, Polka Cola performing from 4-7p, and then Bill Klaber and the Bergstrasse Boys from 8-11p.
Sunday, September 15, showcases a German choir concert from 1-2p and Nostalgics from 3-5p.
There will be dancing (lessons too), Masskrugstemmen (stein holding) and activities for the kids provided by the German Language School.
Tours of Germania Haus and the history behind the club will be available Saturday and Sunday afternoons.
Oktoberfest is open to the public. Admission is free for members, and $5 for non-members age 16+. The non-member fee includes a two week membership to Germania.

Friday, September 13 from 5:30 pm to 11 pm
Saturday, September 14 from 3 pm to 11 pm
Sunday, September 15 from 11 am to 7 pm
Parking will be available at the Brewery District Laz garage on West Blenkner St.
