The Columbus Historical Society is proud to present the exhibition Central Ohio Artists Pandemic Art: Expressions Through Art. The exhibit will be on view from July 11, 2021 through October 3, 2021.
Guest curated by Susan Schubert and Virginia Jenison, Central Ohio Artists Pandemic Art: Expressions Through Art will feature the work of thirty-six local artists. During the COVID-19 Pandemic, Central Ohio artists have been creating historical and inspiring art transitioning from illness through recovery. The artists cover a wide range of topics and use a variety of techniques. Through art, local artists were able to not only express their own personal feelings but also honor and give back to those front-line workers who put their lives on the line to keep their fellow residents safe and healthy.
Much of the original art will be available for sale throughout the run of the exhibit. A percentage of sales will be donated to the Columbus Historical Society.
Exhibition Hours: Tuesday and Friday 10am-2pm, Sunday 12:30pm-4pm.
Admission is free. Online timed ticket reservations are required to limited capacity. See exhibition website.
