The City of Powell offers a safe trick-or-treating event with Candy by the Carload at Seldom Seen Park (3232 Seldom Seen Rd.) on Sunday, October 26, 2025 from 4 p.m. – 6 p.m.
Dress up your little goblins and princesses and bring them to this trick-or-treater’s treasure chest as local businesses and organizations will set up booths and car trunks filled with candy, toys and other Halloween goodies.
Registration is Required for Candy by the Carload
Residents registration starts Sept 15; non-resident opens Sept 30.
Families must register and select a 30-minute window in order to participate. Register here.
