CrestFest Presents: Santa Claus Conquers the Martians!
Ho, ho, ho! Merry Christmas in July! On July 19, 2026, join CrestFest friends for a screening of the 1964 sci-fi cult classic Santa Claus Conquers the Martians at Studio 35 (3055 Indianola Ave)!
The fun starts at 11 a.m. and includes a trivia contest (study up on all things alien and Christmas!), seasonal cocktails to bring holiday cheer, the year’s first kegs of Great Lakes Christmas Ale (!) and a costume contest.
Think: an extraterrestrial Christmas party. Your ugliest sweaters and sparkly space antennae are encouraged. Costume contest participants will get special treats, and the winner gets a gift!
Proceeds help fund the annual CrestFest block party, which is scheduled for Saturday, August 15. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for kids 12 and under. Details here.
