On Thursday, March 12, 2026, COSI turns into a 16th century spectacle with COSI After Dark: Knights at the Museum.
In partnership with the Ohio Renaissance Festival, COSI transforms into a living, breathing celebration of chivalry, charm, and playful chaos. The Queen’s Court, jesters, rogues, nobles, and rowdy pirates will roam the museum, greeting guests with the same larger-than-life spirit that fills their legendary village. Expect booming laughter, dramatic banter, and immersive character moments everywhere you turn as costumed performers bring the magic of the faire indoors, from swordplay flair to mischievous antics to moments of pure Renaissance pageantry.
Wander a lively marketplace featuring authentic festival artisans offering handcrafted goods and treasures worthy of any noble, peasant, or adventurer. Then raise a themed cocktail, gather your companions, and prepare for a night where 400 years of fun collide with the power of science, right inside COSI’s walls.
There are plenty of themed activities, plus you’ll enjoy the rest of COSI, ride the High Wire Unicycle, COSI Planetarium, and drinks at the cash bar from 7-10 pm. Buy tickets early!
Tickets for most COSI After Dark tickets are $20 in advance, and $30 at the door (NOTE, some events have a higher ticket price due to additional activities). This event is for adults ages 21 and over, only. Valid photo ID required.
