COSI is fulfilling sweet-teeth with the Sweet Science of Chocolate – an after-hours adult-only party on Thursday, February 11, 2010, from 7 -9 p.m. You’ll learn all about cocoa beans, candies and chocolate drinks from some of the tastiest chocolatiers in Columbus. Sample concoctions and check out science demonstrations from Anthony Thomas, Pure Imagination, and Abbott Labs – while sipping on chocolate martinis!
This is perfect for a girls’ night out – or an early Valentine’s date…or a guys’ night out…or extended happy hour with co-workers’…or “we aren’t really dating, so it will be awkward to go out any closer to Valentine’s Day date” – who am I to judge. Or take your mom – mine loves chocolate…maybe even enough to make the 3 hour drive…
