Summer is coming and the YMCA wants your family to have the best and healthiest summer yet! On Saturday, April 29, the YMCA is holding its annual Healthy Kids Day, a national initiative to improve the health and well-being of children.
This free event will include fun active play and educational activities to keep kids moving and learning, in order to maintain healthy habits and academic skills to achieve goals and reach their full potential. More than 1,300 YMCAs across the country are taking part in Healthy Kids Day, each with their own free community events that are open to all kids and families.
