The Hills Market is offering a series of cooking classes in February and March. The cost is $35 per class and you’ll enjoy the meal after preparation.
March 11, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. – Kent Rigsby with Rigsby’s Kitchen – Bibb Lettuce with Creamy Chive-Sherry Vinegar-Parmesan Dressing and Parmesan Chips, Torn Pasta with Cannellini Beans and Shrimp “Meatballs”, Chocolate Mousse
March 16, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. - Kevin Caskey with Skillet- menu and price to be determined.
March 24, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. – Chris Dillman – You’ll take a tour around the pig with Chris to enjoy the lesser known parts. He will also discuss the best wines to go with swine, so come hungry and thirsty.
