Wild Goose Creative presents cultivating Art and Food: A Gallery Show on March 6 and 7, 2010. Come out for art, food, workshops, and presentations for only $15! Don’t miss the artwork by featured local artists Kellie Gedert, Jeremy Gedert, Maika Karnes, Trish Dehnbostel, Heather Wirth, and Jill Connor.
It all starts Saturday, March 6, 2010, at 3 pm with an early bird sneak preview of the artwork. At 4 pm there is a Local Matters presentation on food and art for kids and parents! (Suggested donation $5). The Cultivating Art and Food opening is at 5 PM with art from 8 local artists and food provided by Two Caterers. Saturday’s festivities end at 9 PM.
Sunday, March 7, 2010, at 4 pm, Honeyrun Farms presents about the benefits of local honey and bees! It all wraps up with the Too Many Cooks presentation “Honey Honey!” from 7-9pm – and a honey themed menu with Chef Jeremy Gedert. A portion of your $15 per person fee will go to benefit Local Matters.
