The North Market has great events going on this weekend, in addition to the first Farmer’s Market of the season on Saturday and the Market To Market Ride.
- Recycle your E-waste at the Market! Possitivity is collecting electronic waste from 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. All data will be destroyed from hard drives and you can get documentation for charitable donation tax credit. Keep this garbage from the landfill. The following items will be accepted for free:
Computers, DAs, LCD Monitors, Routers & Switches, Laptops & Laptop Docks, Cables, Printers, Keyboards & Mice, Cell Phones, Uninterrupted power systems, Fax Machines, Cables, Power Cords & AC adaptors
There will be a $15 charge for CRT Monitors due to hazardous material handling. - Looking for a dog? The Columbus Dog Connection will be there with adoptable dogs (and sometimes cats) from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. Find out if their personality fits with yours and take one home!
- Artisan Sunday will be held on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of every month through October. Stop down to see what Columbus crafters and artisans are offering for sale from 12-5 p.m. There will be live music as well! This would be a great time to pick up a gift for two for Mother’s Day!
Don’t forget all of the delicious food, Jeni’s Ice Cream, tea and coffees of all sorts, flowers, and other wares being sold at the shoppes inside the Market!
