A portion of membership fees and event revenue will go to healthy weight and nutrition programs at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in an effort to fight childhood obesity, which has become a huge issue in Ohio and across America.
Columbus Fitclique’s first big event is the lululemon athletica Spring Fashion Show at Sugar Bar on Thursday, February 11, 2010. This event, hosted by Andrea Cambern of 10tv will feature celebrity athletes and the city’s top fitness professionals modeling lululemon’s spring fashion line. Tickets are $30 per person, or $50 per couple and can be purchased in advance at lululemon athletica or at the door (cash or check). Fifty percent of the ticket sales will go to Nationwide Children’s Hospital. There will also be an after party at The Social Room for those who attend!
